I help small and mid-sized companies with the parts of their operation that have outgrown spreadsheets and good intentions: sourcing, planning, the daily admin. Two things make that help specific. I live and work on the India side of the Sweden–India trade, so sourcing between the two is not theory to me. And I build AI operating systems that run the repetitive work of a company; I run my own businesses on them before I would put them near yours.
Behind that: twenty years in supply chain across Sweden, with Tetra Pak, TePe, and Sony Ericsson, and the consultancy MYSIGMA. An MSc in supply chain management from Chalmers.
One of the businesses I run on these systems is FIKA B’LORE, a Scandinavian bakery in North Bangalore I co-founded with Niklas. It is where the supply chain thinking gets tested against three hundred cinnamon buns that have to reach the right doors on a Friday morning.
